Hi, I’m Anna - a UK-registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping my clients to navigate the often-overwhelming world of food allergies, gut health, and nutrition.
I work with both adults and children, but my heart lies in supporting parents who are trying to do what’s best for their little ones - especially when things feel confusing, scary, or uncertain. As a mum myself, I understand how deeply we care about what our children eat and how stressful it can be when food becomes a source of worry. Whether it’s managing allergies or feeding a sensitive tummy, I’m here to listen, guide, and support you every step of the way.
I’m part of a wonderful multidisciplinary NHS allergy team in London, and also work privately and supporting my clients and Allergy UK. I’m a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI) and hold a postgraduate Diploma in Allergy from Imperial College London, so everything I do is grounded in the latest science - but always delivered with empathy, warmth, and real-life practicality.
Outside of one-to-one work, I love sharing knowledge - through support groups, blogs, and articles - and creating a space where families feel informed, empowered, and never alone. In my personal life I am an avid animal lover, enjoy nature, travelling and learning about new cultures ( and tasting different foods), as well as making my own pottery( when I get some spare time).
